Job Description
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
o Liaise with the in-house dispatching team to ensure all customer queries, requests, and jobs are handled efficiently.
o Communicate effectively with QPS (Queensland Police Service), TMR (Transport and Main Roads), and insurance/roadside companies.
o Provide general administrative support to the office environment.
o Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call centre setting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Call Centre representative will have:
o Previous experience in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry is highly preferred.
o Familiarity with Brisbane suburbs and surrounding areas is an advantage.
o Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
o A positive, energetic attitude and a strong work ethic.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
o Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
o Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
o A genuine willingness to learn and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
o Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some weekend and night shifts.
