About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Systems Support Analyst (ServiceNow) to join a high-performing public sector business systems team on a full-time contract until January ****, with strong potential for extension.
This role sits within a division responsible for managing and improving enterprise-wide digital and financial systems.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the stability, functionality, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, supporting business operations across multiple government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide system administration, configuration, and technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
Coordinate, develop, and implement change requests in line with established change management processes.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
Ensure ServiceNow operates reliably and efficiently across business areas, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and system records to support operational integrity and audit compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality system support aligned with business needs.
About You
You will bring a strong background in systems support and change management, ideally within a ServiceNow environment.
You'll be a confident communicator who can work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders alike, demonstrating a balance of analytical skill and hands-on problem-solving ability.
To Succeed in this Role, You'll Have:
Proven experience supporting and configuring ServiceNow (including Business Rules, Workflows, and UI components).
Solid understanding of change management processes within a systems or IT environment.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level or higher).
Current National Police Clearance (mandatory).
Background in finance or government systems (highly desirable).

Start date: 10 November ****
End date: 30 January **** (possible extension)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Port Adelaide, SA (some WFH flexibility available)
Security: National Police Clearance required prior to commencement
