We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and performance-driven Finance and Insurance Consultant to deliver tailored finance solutions while providing a premium guest experience. What You'll Do
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized finance solutions
* Facilitate consumer and commercial lending from start to finish
* Build rapport in a dynamic, high-traffic, multi-brand dealership
* Leverage digital tools and finance platforms to drive performance
* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to deliver a seamless guest journey
* Quote insurance and aftercare products

* Background in finance, lending, or vehicle sales (experience in both is a plus)
