Your Mission As a Brand Designer in our Surry Hills Marketing team you will oversee the entire design process, from conceptualisation to production, to align our visual identity with strategic business objectives. Whether working alongside the marketing team to fuel our demand-generation program or collaborating with product designers to integrate brand and product experience, you will partner with various subject matter experts across the business to develop, iterate, and elevate creative visual content that brings our brand strategy to life. Responsibilities: Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality visual designs for the company's products, marketing materials, website, and other digital and print assets.Take ownership of design projects from idea to launch, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.Prioritise tasks for yourself and the growing brand design team, and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Maintain, and educate the rest of the organisation on brand guidelines to create consistency across all visual assets.Design logos, icons, and other branding elements that effectively represent the company's identity.Work closely with the marketing team, product designers, and other content creators across the business to understand project requirements and deliver design input/outputs that will achieve those objectives.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality design solutions as needed.Manage and oversee work by our internal design team, being responsible for the brand design team outputReview and refine designs from internal design team and external vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project goals.Adapt designs across various channels to maximise engagement and impact.Research competitors, trends, patterns and best practices, design inspiration and customer insights.
