Job Description: We're looking for a Senior Digital Executive (Senior Digital Associate) to join the Digital team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in the Havas Village in Melbourne (Richmond).

The Role

The Senior Digital Associate plays a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' brand campaigns across digital media. With at least 2.5 years of experience, this role leads the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital brand campaigns. The Senior Digital Associate is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and budget allocation through ongoing analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments. The position requires a strong understanding of brand marketing principles, data analysis, and digital expertise, and will guide junior team members in a collaborative, high‐performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership (Digital Focus): Develop and implement comprehensive digital brand strategies aligned with client objectives and budget, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Campaign Management (Digital Expertise): Oversee the execution and optimisation of digital brand campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, and Microsoft Advertising. Manage creative trafficking and tracking solutions.
* Performance Analysis (Brand‐Centric): Lead the analysis of campaign performance data, focusing on brand‐relevant metrics, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to clients.
* Guidance: Coach junior team members on best practices, brand strategy, and platform expertise.
* Client Communication (Brand Focus): Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital brand strategy and performance.
* Budget Management (Digital Spend): Develop and manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximising ROI.
* Vendor Management (Digital Partners): Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution.
* Industry Knowledge (Digital Landscape): Stay up‐to‐date on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and brand marketing.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in digital advertising with a proven track record in brand campaign execution. Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies, with expertise in digital ecosystem, brand marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with ad serving and tracking technologies, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to guide junior team members. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and a passion for digital media and brand building.
