**The opportunity**
An incredible opportunity has opened for an experienced
**Paid Social Media Specialist **to join us at our Culture Kings HQ in Archerfield, Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for creating, executing and monitoring the performance across traditional and evolving performance marketing channels to maximize the presence and performance of our brands.
In this role you will not only be confident in optimising budgets across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and to achieve ROI outcomes but will also be capable in both identifying and creating the content required to best engage our customer.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Media spend budget across a variety of channels such as facebook, TikTok etc ensuring the spend reflects the size of the opportunity short and long term,
- Creating a dotted line and consistent communication into merch team with feedback of paid performance and insights from them on product pushes to stay aligned on business goals
- Identify audience groups and customer segments that we are missing to market to correctly through paid social/CRM
**Your skills & experience**:
- 2+ years Previous experience in paid performance with an ability establish growth strategies & media plans to drive commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, working with tools to assist with financial analysis and forecasting
- Strong multi tasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong knowledge of all digital platforms
- A creative eye for all things content, being able to create your own organic content when needed.
- Experience pulling data and building reports
