The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced community minded Pharmacist Leader to take their career to the next level and to join our close knit team at TerryWhite Chemmart MIrrabooka as our new Pharmacist Manager. The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's performance and growth working closely with our experienced Retail Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position supports your continuous professional development and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About You:
* You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
* Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
* Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
* Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your team.
* Have the right can-do, Dedicated to Care attitude and we will gladly support your development
