About the Role
* Develop, implement, and manage effective asset management strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize whole-of-life costs
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and reliability processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Engineering or Asset Management within Chemical or Oil Gas industries with a strong understanding of ERP systems and maintenance data architecture
* Reliability/Asset Management certification (e.g., RCM, FMECA, CMRP) with experience in asset data management, maintenance planning, or reliability engineering within a complex environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
