Care Coordinator Position

* An experienced nursing professional with previous experience as a clinical lead or clinical nurse in a healthcare environment.
* A strong advocate for person-centred care, demonstrated through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Presents with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, current registration with AHPRA, experience coordinating care provision within a large team, ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members and willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
