SENIOR ARCHITECT
Location: Rockhampton & Mackay, Central Queensland
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
·Assist in managing the technical side of the Practice
·Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative, sustainable design solutions
·Design of Projects
·Lead and manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met
·Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, and documentation
·Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction
·Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support
·Participate in business development activities, including networking and marketing our services
·Prepare long range & weekly programs
·Specification writing & scheduling
·Fee Proposals & sourcing work.
Requirements
·Registered Architect with a minimum 10 years' work experience in Australia, most desired
·Obtained your Architectural Degree in Australia or United Kingdom
·Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation
·Experience in Educational & Commercial architecture is highly desirable
·Ability to manage and deliver projects across all phases
·Strong communication and client management skills
·Solid Understanding of local NCC Standards and Regulations
·Ability to apply the Local Town Plans
·Proven Contract Administration abilities
·A White Card
·Be honest and display integrity
·Possess a car and Drivers Licence
·Understand Construction
