SRG Global Mining Services is seeking experienced Drill Operators ready to take advantage of competitive pay, Australia's most modern drill fleet, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading sites.
We are looking for Drill Operators to join our long-term project on a DIDO 7:7 roster. The project site is located in Bogie, within the Whitsunday region of QLD, and is suited to candidates who reside locally.
You'll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency - backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating advanced rigs including Sandvik Panterra DP1500i
* Maintaining clean and safe drill patterns
* Performing pre-start checks and basic maintenance
* Adjusting techniques to suit ground conditions
* Collaborating with supervisors to meet production targets
* Following safety procedures and contributing to a strong team culture
What We're Looking For
* Local to Townsville or surrounding areas
* Mine site experience
* Valid C Class Driver's Licence
* Clean national police clearance
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Bonus Points For:
* HR Licence
* RC Grade Control drilling experience
* Cert III in Drilling Operations
* Dangerous Goods Security Card
