This position forms part of our Corporate Secretarial team, where you will undergo training to become an expert in ASIC compliance. You will utilize our advanced software to manage corporate governance obligations with precision.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and lodging ASIC forms in accordance with the Corporations Act requirements
* Managing company updates and notifications related to ASIC
* Establishing companies and trusts
* Developing strong working relationships with directors, accountants, and lawyers
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
* Utilizing our cutting-edge compliance software (full training provided)
