Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic support to young people and their families
* Deliver evidence-based interventions and conduct complex risk assessments
* Contribute to a recovery-oriented, youth-focused service
* Support staff through supervision, training, and mentoring
Requirements
An approved tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline and current membership with AHPRA or adherence to the AASW standards for social workers are required.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and mental health clinical skills in engagement, assessment, holistic treatment provision to young people and families presenting with a range of emotional, social, or developmental difficulties.
