We now have an opportunity for a Local Manager to lead our new branch in Maroochydore.
As the Local Manager you will manage and promote Queensland Country in the local region to ensure the provision of an productive and professional lending and Member service operation for new and existing Members. You will also ensure all branch employees continually offer a high standard of service and support to internal and external Members in order to achieve Queensland Country Bank's business objectives.
This is a full-time salaried position based on a minimum 38 hour working week, however the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside of these hours if required.
Selection Criteria:
Leadership skills
Consumer and mortgage lending experience
Strong business development skills with established relationships in the community
Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation's behaviours and values
A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management and conflict resolution
Previous Branch Manager experience
