Administrative Assistant - Marketing Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team, manage social media posts, run our monthly marketing meetings, and assist with the implementation of our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team, including managing client bookings, meeting rooms, and front-of-house.
* Social Media Management: You will schedule and post engaging social media content, track engagement metrics, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
* Marketing Strategy Implementation: You will work closely with the Principal to implement our marketing plan, ensuring consistency in tone and branding across all channels.
About You: We are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. You should have previous experience in an administrative or marketing role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
