Your new role
As the EL1 Manager, Corporate Credit Cards, you will play a key leadership role within the organisation's central finance function. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the organisation's corporate credit card program and ensuring strong financial governance
* Managing and coaching a small, high-performing team to deliver consistent, high-quality client service
* Acting as a subject-matter expert for the implementation of a new Travel and Expense Management System, scheduled for delivery in 2027
* Working closely with ICT and business stakeholders to support system delivery, enhancements, and continuous improvement
* Contributing to policy development, implementation, and operational improvements
* Supporting cross-government initiatives and finance-related project delivery
* Providing high-quality advice in a complex and fast-paced operating environment
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in corporate credit card management or related financial operations.
You will also have:
* Experience leading and coaching teams in a complex organisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and client service capabilities
* Exposure to system implementation or business process improvement activities
* Sound knowledge of financial policies, governance, and risk management
* The ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance (or higher)
