We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Antenatal Gynaecology Ward. The successful candidate will have experience in management and leadership roles, with highly developed skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, foster productive working relationships across disciplines, and demonstrate leadership and management skills to motivate staff to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the nursing/midwifery team in the Antenatal Gynaecology Ward.
* Coordinate and manage the ward's daily operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
* Foster a positive work culture and develop staff potential.
Requirements:
* Registered Midwife or Nurse and Midwife with a current practicing certificate.
* At least 3 years post-registration experience in management and leadership roles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
