We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant must work well within a team, however should be able to work unsupervised and unassisted, have a high level of communication skills, and be reliable and organised. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate, we’re happy to discuss flexible arrangements that work for both you and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoicing Builders
* Liaising directly with Builders with invoicing queries
* Forms and warranties
* Answering phones
* Filing/Archiving
* Overall support of the team
Key Selection Criteria:
* Previous experience in an accounts/administration role
* Experienced with MYOB, Microsoft excel, word and office.
* Construction experience would be preferred however not essential
* Able to demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously/with initiative
