We offer dynamic opportunities for a Graduate Construction Manager to join our team. Our two‐year program provides structured rotations, tailored learning plans, and a supportive environment for growth and development.
About the role
As a Graduate Construction Manager, you will work on exciting substations and transmission line projects across the country. You will manage all aspects of construction projects, including safety, time, cost, quality and subcontractor management, while completing a Certificate IV in Health and Safety.
What We Look for in Our Graduates
* A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Construction Management
* Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience working in construction alongside tradespeople
* A passion for learning and growing within the industry
* Ability to work in remote areas on project sites with various rosters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Eligibility to work in Australia
