Leading a Portfolio of Stores
ECCO is searching for an experienced Retail Leader to oversee a portfolio of six stores in Sydney and Canberra.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach store team leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store objectives.
* Staff scheduling, recruitment activities, and induction/onboarding are also essential responsibilities.
* The role involves overseeing probations and performance management of teams, ensuring Visual Merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards are met.
* Responsible for the overall operation of stores, including compliance with policies and procedures.
* Effective management of store budgets and revision of KPIs and sales targets are crucial for success.
Requirements
* Retail management experience as a store manager, cluster manager, or area manager.
* A motivated leader who can drive a team to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated success in commercial management of profit and loss within a retail environment.
* Experience in coaching and training a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
* Persuasive, collaborative, and agile leadership style.
