With this growth in mind, they are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the team in their office located North of the River, and to be part of the team securing upcoming works and further develop their name as an industry leader.
The Role
You'll be the driving force behind sourcing and securing the materials that keep projects moving. From negotiating unbeatable deals to ensuring deliveries land on site exactly when needed, you'll play a major part in project success and cost efficiency.
What You'll Do
* Hunt down the best suppliers and pricing through savvy market research.
* Negotiate strong terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
* Own budgets and purchasing spend with a cost smart mindset.
* Build and nurture supplier relationships that deliver real value.
* Ensure every material meets strict project standards.
* Coordinate logistics so materials arrive on time, every time.
* Keep procurement records, contracts, and data sharp and accurate.
What You Bring
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
* Solid understanding of construction materials and supply chains.
* Proven procurement or purchasing experience in construction.
* Strong organiser with a sharp eye for detail.
* Budget wise, commercially minded, and solutions focused.
* Comfortable working at pace and juggling priorities.
