Head of eCommerce Sydney, 2041 The opportunity to join one of Australia's biggest Retailers, to own, lead & drive the eCommerce & Digital function, leading a high performing team across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM & Digital Graphic design. The Role: This role will lead, shape & deliver the end to end eCommerce & Digital strategy for a market-leading consumer goods business, across web optimisation, trade, Digital & Performance channels and CRM. You will drive online performance & growth for a well-loved brand, leading a highly-advanced team of 4 direct reports, to deliver cutting edge customer experience & drive new customer acquisition & retention. This is a high impact role, working alongside the wider SLT of true Retail-traders, you'll be a change-maker, delivering strong analytics & insights and constantly looking at new ways of improvement.
