About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, motivated individual to join our friendly, close‑knit engineering and projects team. If you live in Geraldton and are looking to expand your current skills and knowledge within the mining sector, this role is for you

Full‑time position – based in our Geraldton office.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the engineering, senior management, and on‑site teams.
* Set up and maintain project folders, workflows and transmittal registers.
* Issue, receive and process all drawings, RFIs, specifications, ITPs and technical documentation.
* Manage the issuing of all project documentation to the client either via email or through the client's portal.
* Create and maintain the Technical Query and Variation Registers.
* Support Project Managers and Engineers with submission deadlines.
* Manage the processing of subcontractors' monthly claims.
* Assist finance with the preparation of project progress claims.
* Assist the QA/QC with the preparation for the annual audits.
* Manage third‑party providers, contractual compliance documentation.
* Maintain the CDMS, including version control, revision tracking and quality checks on all documents.
* Management of Internal Intranet and SharePoint Systems.
* Data entry and filing.
* General office duties as required.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and multi‑task; attention to detail.
* Can work effectively in high‑pressure situations.
* Can think ahead approaching upcoming tasks without being prompted.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.


Qualifications

* Previous three years' experience working in a similar role.
* Ongoing training will be provided.
