ELearning Specialist – Digital Transformation Program

We are seeking an experienced eLearning Specialist to design and develop high-quality, engaging online learning modules as part of a large-scale digital transformation program.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the rollout of a new enterprise platform that will support both external users and internal operational teams.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of modern, interactive eLearning solutions that support system adoption and user capability uplift.
The engagement involves developing up to twenty (20) eLearning modules tailored to different user groups, including:
* External users requiring clear, visually engaging overviews of system processes
* Internal users requiring interactive, step-based training with assessments
The training solutions must align with enterprise learning standards and be compatible with an existing Learning Management System environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop high-quality visual eLearning modules
* Create interactive internal training modules with practical exercises and assessments
* Write and structure all required online training content
* Ensure LMS compatibility and accessibility compliance
* Apply user‐centred design and responsive design principles
* Establish content standards, version control processes, and update frameworks
* Develop systems to manage and track training materials
* Collaborate closely with change and delivery teams to align learning design with broader adoption strategy
* Share knowledge and uplift capability within the project team
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience with Articulate 360 (or similar authoring tools)
* Strong capability in Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (ideally Moodle)
* Understanding of HTML5, CSS and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
* Proven experience developing online help and support systems
* Strong interaction design and responsive design capability
* Experience implementing document standards, configuration management and version control
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into user‐friendly learning content
