for an experienced
Senior Accounts Officer
for potential opportunities within a reputable and stable organisation within the Education sector on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for dedicated accounts professionals seeking permanent positions within a franchise that expands across the Gold Coast.
Key Duties
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures.
Payroll processing and reporting.
Preparing and lodging BAS and other statutory returns.
Handling debtor and creditor management.
Generating financial reports and providing analysis to management.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a similar Senior Accounts Officer or Accounts Manager role.
Proficiency with accounting software, including
Xero
,
MYOB
, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead others.
