Mildura Base Public Hospital's Mental Health Services offers a range of inpatient and community-based services for people experiencing mental illness issues in the Northern Mallee Region. We provide services to a diverse clientele including various cultural and indigenous backgrounds with at times quite complex needs.
About the Role
The Clinical Procedure Support Nurse is a key member of a clinical team, working closely with the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Coordinator, The Esketamine Program coordinator and Program Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality care to consumers accessing the Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. The CPSN is actively involved in the management of daily operations of given programs such as but not limited to the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine Program and other programs when developed. Duties would include Procedural application, clinical documentation, ongoing assessments and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
The CPSN ensures a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the core values and the strategic direction of the Hospital
This is a full-time position but part time may be considered, rostered Monday to Friday.
About You
Candidates must hold a current registration As an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA including medication endorsement. Mental Health experience is desirable but not mandated
