About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator who is looking to extend their skillset and develop into a Contractor Management Specialist within a site‐based operational environment in Emerald.
This role is critical in supporting operational effectiveness by delivering timely, accurate and consistent administrative services across the site. You will play a key part in supporting contractor compliance and administration during a period of system transition, helping to strengthen governance, reduce risk and improve coordination across multiple functional groups.
Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Training and Corporate Support teams, this role enables operational leaders to focus on core delivery while ensuring site access, compliance and reporting requirements are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to Area Operations Supervisors and Managers
* Act as a central point of coordination for contractor administration and compliance documentation
* Support contractor management processes across Operations, EIT Maintenance and Operational Training teams
* Assist with the transition and ongoing use of contractor management systems
* Maintain accurate records, reconciliations and reporting in line with regulatory and contractual requirements
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including Commercial, Maintenance, HR, L&D and Customer Service teams
* Support workforce administration for a site workforce of 60+ employees
* Proactively identify and address gaps in reporting or documentation
* Deliver professional, courteous and responsive service to employees and stakeholders
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised administration professional who is comfortable working autonomously in a busy operational environment. You bring structure, consistency and attention to detail to compliance‐driven processes and enjoy working across multiple teams to improve ways of working.
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Have
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in Office Administration
* Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* High level of attention to detail with strong numeric and reconciliation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience using SAP or similar applications
* Professional and courteous approach when dealing with employees and stakeholders
