This next-generation platform will leverage pre-configured business processes, optimized workflows and AI-powered automation to streamline operations, accelerate digital capability deployment, and elevate customer experience across our global dealer network.We are seeking a delivery-focused**Regional Deployment Manager****(APD)** to lead a team of Deployment Consultants supporting Caterpillar Dealers and their selected System Integrator to deploy our Dealer ERP Template and the Annual Deployment Plan for Dealers with in the Asia Pacific region. This high-impact role is part of a newly launched strategic initiative and will serve as a delivery orchestrator, aligning teams to program objectives, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes through scaled Agile practices. The Annual Deployment Plan supports the selected required and pilot deployments for all dealers, this role will lead Deployment Consultants that will work with dealer to gain commitment to deliver requested deployments and liaison with dealers oversee the successful deployment completions on time.Managing the day-to-day activities of existing Caterpillar Deployment consultants and their ongoing Dealer Deployment projects both for **ERP Cat Dealer Template** and **Annual Deployment Plan (ADP),** including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.**ERP & Systems Knowledge****(MS Dynamics 365 focus)****Decision Making and Critical Thinking:**Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.**Organizational Leadership:**Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives. Translates vision into specific functional or departmental initiatives.**IT Program Management:**Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives. **Change Control:**Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented; Ability to manage changes in the production environment and processes effectively. Train others in how to review a proposed change and assesses the potential impact of the change on the organization or environment.**IT Project Management:**Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
