We are seeking a motivated and engaging professional to join our team as a Career Facilitator. This is a permanent full-time position that can be based at any site within the Central West region.
The successful applicant will have experience delivering training to adults, adapting methods to suit participant needs, and have a strong knowledge of the local labour market. They will also possess sound information technology and administration skills, enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude in working with participants to achieve employment outcomes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups in an empathetic, motivating, and encouraging way.
* Delivering training sessions across the Central West, including short overnight stays.
* Aiding participants in building confidence and developing skills to support them back into work.
* Providing advice and guidance to help participants become more competitive in the local employment market.
* Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
