Description In this dynamic sales role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets for Fujifilm Medical products while building strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a key role in market penetration by gathering and leveraging customer, product and competitive insights. If you have a passion for medical sales, then this is the role for you! What you will do Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across the private health network in QLD. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers at all levels, including C-Level executives in both private and public sector radiology practices. Market Analysis: Identify and address current and future imaging needs of key customers. Competitive Account Management: Create and execute account plans to attract new customers and grow existing accounts. Tender Coordination: Lead tender responses with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales documentation. Collaboration: Work with Medical Projects and Service teams to organize customer demonstrations, clinical trials, and installations. What we are looking for Sales Acumen: Minimum of 2 years successful consultative selling in medical or allied industries (healthcare, scientific) is preferred. Training will be provided. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical and imaging technologies, with a background in Nursing or Surgical advantageous. Attention to Detail: Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Clinical Background: Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging (Radiography, Ultrasound) or a related field is desirable. Informatics Experience: High level of IT and Medical Informatics experience desirable, including RIS, PACS, VNA. CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable, though training will be provided.
