We are seeking an experienced support officer to join our Infrastructure Directorate team.
Job Description
As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry, record keeping, and coordinating service requests. You will also use your strong time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
You will work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Your frontline customer service skills will enable you to handle telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently. You will provide administrative assistance to the Manager Projects and Asset Management, as well as supporting the Executive Assistant to the Director Infrastructure with duties within your capability.
In addition, you will assist with directorate events, meetings, and staff engagement activities. A Certificate III in Business Administration or 12 months experience in a similar role, plus previous experience in the operation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, would be highly regarded.
