Duties
The role will essentially involve providing advice on all facets of family law & related matters for example:-
* Divorce;
* Parenting matters;
* Property settlements;
* Financial agreements;
* Children's matters;
* Mediation/Collaboration.
Skills & experience
To be successful here you will have:-
* 3-6 years solid post admission experience in family law;
* Be able to work autonomously
* Pro-active & client service focused
* Motivated and passionate about finding the right solutions
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Mentoring and leadership skills
