Employment type – Temporary full-time role for 12 months
Salary - $113,574.00 pa - $125,720.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success. You'll deliver proactive, high‑quality HR advice and support to our client group, influencing key decisions and contributing to major reforms. What you'll do
This HR generalist role provides expert advice and support across key areas including compliance, change management, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. You'll help drive business objectives and deliver major reforms and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate should be an experienced HR generalist, with an understanding of end‑to‑end employment practices and a solid understanding of legislative compliance.
