This role is ideal for a creative and growth‐driven specialist who thrives at the intersection of content, design, and performance marketing. You will own and execute a multi‐channel content strategy across social platforms, with a strong focus on video and visual storytelling to drive brand visibility and inbound growth. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will translate complex industry topics into engaging, accessible content that builds trust and authority. Your work will directly impact lead generation, audience growth, and brand positioning. This is a highly collaborative role with close alignment across marketing, sales, product, and customer‐facing teams. You will have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and scale content initiatives with clear business impact.

Accountabilities

* Plan, produce, and publish high‐quality video, social, and visual content that educates audiences and supports growth objectives.
* Own and manage content calendars across social platforms, ensuring consistency with brand, messaging, and campaign goals.
* Create compelling graphics, infographics, motion assets, and thumbnails that simplify complex concepts and improve engagement.
* Manage and grow social media channels, actively engaging with audiences and fostering a strong community presence.
* Repurpose long‐form and short‐form content across formats to maximize reach, relevance, and performance.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and client‐facing teams to align content with lead generation and enablement needs.
* Track content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategy based on insights, experimentation, and results.

Requirements

* 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or growth‐focused creative roles.
* Demonstrated hands‐on experience with graphic design and video production, including editing, motion graphics, and visual assets.
* Strong knowledge of YouTube or similar platforms, including content optimization, SEO best practices, and audience growth strategies.
* Experience managing social media channels for a brand or B2B organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical or complex topics for broad audiences.
* Creative yet analytical mindset, viewing content as a growth and lead‐gen lever rather than purely brand marketing.
* Comfort working in a fully remote, cross‐functional environment across multiple time zones.
* Familiarity with analytics, content performance tracking, and iterative optimization is a strong plus.
