PowerVac, part of Bunzl Group, is a global leader in specialised distribution and supply chain solutions. We provide commercial cleaning equipment and service solutions across Western Australia, supporting businesses to operate efficiently.

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to oversee office systems, coordinate with contractors, manage the retail shop, support sales and service teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

* Oversee daily office and retail shop operations
* Order and maintain adequate supply of stationery and office supplies
* Supervise front‐of‐house reception and customer service functions, ensuring follow‐up
* Engage customers in the retail shop to ensure a positive and timely experience
* Manage customer, contractor and supplier inductions/onboarding
* Maintain account details, customer queries and changes in the CRM system
* Support the sales team with quoting, invoicing, order processing and documentation
* Schedule ongoing equipment manufacturer training for Sales and Customer Service functions
Key Skills and Attributes
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with accounting/inventory systems (MYOB, Xero or similar)
* Strong time‐management skills, prioritising competing demands to meet deadlines
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
