We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Operations Support/Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our Administration Department. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative and freight office duties
* Process and maintain accurate documentation and reports
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with payment processing and reconciliation
* Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
* Carry out reception and general office support duties as required
* Communicate business updates and information to team members
* Contribute to team activities, training, and continuous improvement
