We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in our Adelaide region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing strategic relationships with external referral pathways and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Establish ambitious revenue targets and cultivate relationships with external referral sources to meet and exceed growth expectations.
* Conduct thorough research on SIL and SDA opportunities to drive new business aligned with our growth strategy.
* Maintain effective relationships with existing SDA partners while developing new connections.
* Efficiently manage SIL vacancies, ensuring maximum vacancy KPIs are met.
* Identify and document solid growth trends through successful forecasting and reporting.


About You:

We're looking for a natural connector with strong commercial acumen and a passion for making a meaningful impact. You should have:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably within the Health and Disability sector.
* Proven track record of managing successful portfolios, evidenced by meeting and exceeding business KPIs and growth targets.
* Excellent financial and commercial acumen, able to provide business cases that factor in forecasts and trends.
* Project management skills, with experience of managing and executing assigned projects in a timely manner.
