We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering care for young people experiencing mental health crises. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans, providing high-quality care in the home environment.
The role involves working as part of a highly mobile outreach team, providing treatment in the consumer's home. You will need to have clinical experience in child and youth mental health, with the ability to deliver acute, recovery-oriented care in a dynamic setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork and engaging with young people, families, and community supports.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience in an area relevant to the role and hold a current Working with Children Registration and Driver's License. Postgraduate qualification or working towards a postgraduate qualification is desirable.
This permanent full-time position offers a salary range of $106,570 to $112,440 per annum, plus superannuation contributions. Travel and relocation assistance support may be available to eligible appointees.
