D-spa is a well-established, modern dental clinic located in the heart of South Yarra. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis from March 2026.
Our clinic is built around a strong, hygiene-centred model of care, with oral health therapy playing a central role in the patient experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional preventive dentistry through education, prevention, and long-term patient relationships.

About the Role
You will be joining an established and well-structured hygiene program that is integral to the clinic. Our comprehensive new patient journey places a strong emphasis on education, prevention, and personalised care, flowing seamlessly into regular hygiene maintenance programs and ongoing support.
This role offers scope across:
* Preventive and maintenance hygiene
* Periodontal therapy
* Oral health therapy within adult scope
You will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide holistic, patient-focused care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a qualified Oral Health Therapist (AHPRA registered)
* Has 2+ years' experience, ideally with a strong adult scope focus
* Is confident in periodontal assessment, treatment planning, and therapy
* Values patient education and prevention as the foundation of care
* Is professional, caring, and committed to high clinical standards
* Enjoys working within a structured hygiene program while contributing ideas and growth
