Responsibilities:
* Support QLD operations as a standalone QLD HR representative.
* Be responsible for all HR activities including performance management, recruitment, HR reporting, inductions.
* Implement successful HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with business leaders on HR/ER matters.
* Develop and review policies.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support local and regional programs.
Requirements:
* Effective written and verbal communication.
* Proven experience in leading, influencing, managing and executing HR activities.
* AU ER/IR knowledge.
* Experience in managing employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
* Experience in negotiating employment agreements.
* The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* 5 years' experience in HR/ER with at least 3 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role.
