Due to growth, we are expanding our Credit team and are looking for a Credit superstar to join us. As the Credit Controller with us, your role is to proactively minimize financial risk to the business by collecting overdue debt, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Key Responsibilities
1. Collection of outstanding debt via targeted communication strategies
2. Management of customer credit limits, making recommendations based on customer risk profile & spend
3. Daily banking and reconciliations
4. Maintenance of an assigned debtor's ledger, ensuring accuracy of information, reconciliations, and clearance of unmatched items
5. Resolving all queries related to debt collection effectively
6. Continuously improving systems capabilities and implementing process improvements to enable efficiencies
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
1. Previous experience in a similar Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable role
2. Extensive customer engagement experience, particularly focused on providing high levels of customer service
3. Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret raw data
4. Strong experience or capability in influencing outcomes
