Opportunities are available across the following practice areas:
* Wills & Estates – Estate planning, probate, administration, and contested estates, working closely with experienced practitioners and Partners.
* Property & Commercial – Residential and commercial property transactions, leasing, and SME commercial work.
* Family Law – Parenting matters, property settlements, financial agreements, and divorce work within supportive and collegiate teams.
* Corporate / M&A – Private M&A, business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.
* Construction – Front-end and/or back-end construction matters, including contracts, disputes, security of payment, and project advisory work.
What You’ll Need
* 2–10 years’ post-admission experience (PQE) in one of the above practice areas
* Strong drafting, client management, and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of WA legislation and court procedures
* A collaborative mindset with an interest in long-term career progression
