An Administration Officer's Day may include:
* Coordinate driving lesson schedules for Carnarvon and other sites
* Point of contact for new clients
* Liaise with driving instructors to confirm availability, organise bookings, and manage schedule changes
* Manage the upkeep of company vehicles
* Respond to client enquiries
* Deliver program information sessions at community events
* Support instructors to complete required training
* Assist learners with licence applications
* Maintain accurate records, complete data entry, and prepare program reports.
* Manage the company credit card
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident using computer systems with strong attention to detail in data entry
* Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Willingness to learn, with full training provided for all duties

To be considered you must...
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
* Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
* Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
