About This Opportunity
We're currently seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to join our Calliope store in Central Queensland and lead our Fruit & Veg department.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes, and more.
* Lead and manage a team, demonstrate fresh food retail knowledge, and order/control costs.
* Create accurate team rosters, show passion and enthusiasm, and commit to unparalleled customer service.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, liaise with team members and management, and have a flair for merchandising.
* Show strong leadership and delegation skills, coach, train, and performance manage teams, and commit to work health and safety standards.
