* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team
* Lead a high-performance sales team, driving results and growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Manage budgets and optimize sales profitability
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape, informing sales strategies
* Establish relationships and build strong business ties within local communities
* Oversight of contract management, sales deliverables, and reporting
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated success in leading teams selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney, ideally across multiple sites concurrently
* Proven ability to devise and execute sound sales strategies
* Real Estate License
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
