Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery: Successfully manage the delivery of multiple electrical projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams.
Financial Control: Oversee project budgets, procurement, variations, progress claims, and final account negotiation to maximize project profitability.
Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all project work adheres to relevant Australian standards, OH&S legislation, and company safety procedures.
Subcontractor & Team Management: Direct and supervise site foremen, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient labour allocation and on-site productivity.
Technical Oversight – Data Centre Focus: Manage the complexities of critical power infrastructure projects, including MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, containment, and sophisticated control systems.
