About the Role
As the sole Tasmania-based Regional Manager, you will lead approximately over 10 stores and a team of just under 100 staff members across a well-established portfolio of apparel brands. Working within a structured national framework, you will play a critical role in shaping team capability, elevating store performance, and ensuring consistent execution across people, operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams
* Drive recruitment, induction, and ongoing succession planning
* Achieve sales budgets and key performance metrics across all stores
* Manage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage control
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional execution
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Conduct regular store visits and guide operational excellence
About You
You are an adaptable, hands-on leader with experience managing a comparable retail portfolio within Area Management within fashion, apparel, or a transferable big-box retail environment. You bring:
* Strong capability leading multi-site teams
* A disciplined, structured approach to planning, performance management, and execution
* Confidence working remotely while remaining highly connected and engaged
