* Source high‐quality property talent
* Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
* Collaborate with interstate counterparts on national preferred supplier agreements and cross‐selling of services

Qualifications
* Real Estate or Property industry experience, particularly in sales or business development
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Target‐driven with a proven results mindset
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Confident negotiator and problem solver
* Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
