Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for planning, processing and coordinating large loss and specialty restoration projects with accuracy, attention to detail and continued customer service.
This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end claim management for both domestic and commercial restoration projects following damage caused by insurable events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project coordination of larger repairs
* Schedule trades/technicians/specialists
* Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
* Focus on KPIs and client agreements
* Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
* Effectively liaise with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Expert organisational and time management skills
* Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships
* Exceptional multitasking abilities
* Able to thrive in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in insurance repair coordination
* Experience with establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts
* Project coordination experience (3-5 years)
* Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
