The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Sales Manager to lead and drive performance within our busy and fast‐paced contact centre.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for a strong sales professional who thrives in a KPI‐driven environment and knows how to motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Leadership Team, you will be responsible for maximising inbound and outbound sales opportunities, while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and motivate a team of Contact Centre Operators to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Lead, coach and motivate the same team to also offer excellent and informed customer service.
* Monitor team performance and drive improvements in sales conversion and customer service outcomes
* Provide ongoing coaching, call monitoring and sales training to develop team capability
* Conduct call analysis and performance feedback sessions to improve results
* Ensure service levels, sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
* Produce and review weekly sales lead reports for senior leadership
* Manage team rostering and operational workflow
* Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements and contact centre initiatives
* Work closely with People & Culture Department to hire and onboard high‐performing Contact Centre Operators
Beyond the Day‐to‐Day
* Attend regular leadership meetings (online & in‐person)
* Drive sales and customer service training with your customer contact team
* Ensure compliance through your team with company policies and with state and industry legislation
* Keep an eye on the wider car rental market and spot growth opportunities
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing a Contact Centre Sales team
* Proven experience working in a KPI‐driven sales environment
* Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high‐performing sales teams without losing sight of a high level of customer service
* Strong understanding of call centre performance metrics and sales conversion strategies
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Skills in how to get the best from call centre tech e.g. phone systems, our central reservations system and other tech platforms used
* Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements
